Love Lives On Bereavement Support offers monthly gatherings of prayer and conversation for those grieving the loss of a loved one.

We also come together seasonally for an evening Candle Lighting Service to celebrate the lives of those who have gone before us. Following the annual All Souls Day Mass, we read the names of all those whose funerals have been celebrated at Sacred Heart since the last All Souls Day and the family members receive a rose for remembrance.
